Commissions & specification
Start with the room.
Never the fitting.
Every commission begins with a conversation that contains no drawings. What the light has to do at eight in the evening, how high the ceiling is, what the room already has too much of. Only then does anyone pick up a pencil.
AO·08 Fougère — the only pattern that can be extended after delivery
01
You write
The form below, or a telephone call. Photographs and a floor plan help but are not needed yet.
02
We reply
One letter from the drawing office within four to six working days, with an honest view on whether we are the right house for the job.
03
Then a drawing
Quarter-scale, in pencil, with a fixed price and a lead time. Nothing is charged before this point.
Enquiry
Nine questions, and one that actually matters.
The last field is the one Séverine reads first. Everything above it is logistics.
Trade & specification
For architects and interior designers.
Full specification packs — dimensioned drawings, fixing details, structural loads at the ceiling plate, DIALux files and IES photometric data — are issued on request for every pattern. Ask for the pattern reference and we will send the current revision.
Trade terms apply from the second piece. We do not discount the first, because the first is where all the drawing time sits.
Two of the eleven travel with every installation and hang the piece themselves, anywhere in Europe. Beyond that we will train and supervise your contractor rather than post a chandelier and hope.
